Big BIG BIG shoutout to this property manager Terrain! It has truly been a pleasure working along side of Mr. Robertâs these past few weeks. He is an outstanding individual and he is a very diligent workerâ¼ï¸â¼ï¸â¼ï¸ I have never witnessed a property manager so active and knowledgeable!!! He is honest and knows what he is talking aboutâ¼ï¸â¼ï¸ Please do not hold him accountable for the previous property managers mistakes. Great affordable housing. Small community and convenient location. Traci has been the best manager by far. She is kind, thorough and fair. If you follow the rules and pay your rent on time, no problems. Only issue is slow maintenance.

I loved Hanover Ridge Apts. The regional manager was nice and very helpful, when i asked a million questions... We walked around the apartmants complex, and they are sooooo spacious. I will give them a big thumbs up.
